Every bond we quote and place is underwritten by A-rated surety carriers and filed in compliance with Texas Occupations Code and the requirements of the specific obligee (TxDMV, FMCSA, Texas Secretary of State, City of Houston, etc., as applicable).
We do not charge fees for quotes or applications. Our compensation comes from the surety carrier at the time the bond is bound, at standard industry commission rates.
